Abstract

This present article explains the complex transformations upheld on family relations, in the context of modernity as well as in its post-modern condition, affecting individuals’ both experience and social identity, within their marriage and parental relations. In this sense, it defends present Law’s paradigmatic transition, in order to fit contemporary family’s specificity.
