A description of the main osteomioarticular features
related to the most frequent neoplasic conditions is related in this review. The author relates the conditions and mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of the most known paraneoptasic syndromes, and presents a general view of the clinical conditions more often recognized as paraneoplasic features and its association with the several kinds of neoplasic disorders.
