PSICOTERAPIAS BREVES: CRITÉRIOS DE INDICAÇÃO E AS ESTRATÉGIAS TERAPÊUTICAS.

Resumo

Objetivou-se sistematizar estratégias psicoterápicas apoio (A), esclarecimento (E) e interpretativa (I) baseadas nas hipóteses psicodinâmicas e configuração adaptativa dos sujeitos (EDAO). Obteve-se a) nítida associação entre o critério adaptativo e as indicações das estratégias; b) o Gr./II tende a concluir mais que o Gr. V; c) não houve diferença quanto aos casos concluídos (C) e interrompidos (I), nas estratégias (A) e (E). Na (I) a probabilidade de conclusão foi significativa. Conclui-se que há tendência em se adotar (A) para os do Gr. V, enquanto (E) e (I) o são para o Gr./II. Os do Gr./II tendem a ser (C) quando a estratégia indicada é (I) e não (E).
