Mental practice and leaming of motor skills: a view of the reviews.

This paper anaJyses four literatura reviews concerning mental practice and learning of motor skills. Findings and suggestions of the Richardson's (1967), Corbin's (1972), Weinberg's (1982) and Feltz & Landers' (1983) reviews are presented.
