Matrizes Progressivas Avançadas: análise de itens, precisão e normas.

There are few researches about Advanced Progressive Matrices in Brazil and in other countries. This study investigated ilem-analysis, internal consistency, and norms. The sample consisted of 200 undergraduates Vale do Paraíba with an average age of 25 and a half years. In spite of its good reliability (split half =.860 and KR-20 = .835) the results indicated that the order and the discriminability of their items appeared deficient. For the conversion of raw scores into standardized T scores and percentiles, there were presented norms.
